PTW is a medium-sized company based in Wagenfeld near Diepholz, Germany. Our team consists of 80 employees working in production, research and development, sales and administration. We produce polyurethane moulded parts for a wide range of markets. Our customers appreciate our quality, which we ensure through certified quality management systems. Flexibility is another competitive advantage. Thanks to short lines of communication, flat hierarchies and dedicated production facilities, we can respond quickly to special customer requirements.

There is an open, friendly working atmosphere in a modern environment. For more than 25 years we have been working on a solid basis and growing steadily.

PTW focuses on training with a future. Ambitious young people get an ideal start with us and are accompanied by experienced colleagues on their way to a successful career. Apply now for one of our apprenticeships.

Our production employees (m/f/d) work 37.5 hours/week in three shifts for energy optimisation. In mechanical metalworking and finishing they work two shifts of 39 hours/week. In order to keep our office staffed as long as possible, our colleagues in administration work 39 hours/week in a flexitime model.
When you join our team, you will receive intensive training from your new colleagues in your department and, if necessary, across departments. True to the motto "good things take time". You will also be supported by our comprehensive process descriptions in our quality management system.
Depending on your role, your new workplace will be on the production floor or in our modern administration building.
We are constantly working to modernise and improve our workplaces.
This is a question that is rarely asked in our rural area. So we have only one answer: right in front of the door.
Of course it is important to us that our employees are happy. For us, this includes a well-earned annual leave of 30 days.
As a PTW team member, you can enjoy the benefits of the Hansefitcard at a reduced rate, lease your e-bike without any problems and top up your company pension.
Initial interviews with applicants are conducted by our Managing Director, Ralf Hünecke, and the relevant department manager in a relaxed and friendly environment.
