Moulded parts are needed in every industry and the number of designs is limitless. This is the challenge for us as a moulded parts manufacturer: to meet the diverse requirements of our customers and to support their production processes efficiently.

FLEXIBLE FORMULATIONS AND SHAPES

Depending on the application, we use the most suitable polyurethane. Whether it is a wide range of hardnesses, abrasion optimised, food approved (EU 10/2011 and FDA certified) or antistatic, microbe and hydrolysis resistant, as a self formulator we always have direct access to all the necessary formulations and required colours. Composite parts are also part of our portfolio.

PROTOTYPES AND SERIES

If required, our involvement begins with the development of a prototype. Solid Edge is used for the design. Our production facilities are designed to handle both large series and very small flexible hand castings.
